    POSITION OVERVIEW

    The Accounts Receivable Accountant is responsible for executing customer invoicing and maintenance of billing schedules. This role will also process sales order entry activity as needed until we transition our ERP solution from Sales Orders to Contracts with billing schedules. The role will be involved in ensuring accurate and timely communication with our shipping department for the invoicing of hardware fulfillment as well as any invoicing of customer deposits. The role will support collection dispute resolution and other collection activities as needed.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Full Cycle Accounts Receivable processing including maintaining billing schedules, monitoring and communicating the status of customer deposits as well as any return or credit memo processing.
    • Conduct Order Entry processes as required to ensure the accurate processing of invoicing and revenue schedule creation.
    • Support collection efforts with customer dispute resolution
    • Support request for either financial or tax authority audit or review
    • Partner with internal and external teams as subject matter expert to ensure accurate customer engagement including but not limited to customer master data management and sales tax exempt status and nexus review


    QUALIFICATIONS

    • 2 to 4 years of experience in high-volume billing, credit memos, and returns management within an Accounts Receivable role
    • Experience with Sage Intacct Accounts Receivable functions required
    • Strong communication skills via multiple platforms and tools
    • Ability to understand and communicate specifics of an invoice and credit memos to customers and internal departments
    • Experience with Microsoft Excel, specifically Vlookup and pivot table functions
    • Experience with Authorize.net, High Radius, or other customer payment portal systems a plus
    • Experience with non-USD transactions a plus
    • Experience with Sales Tax and VAT a plus
