POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven Sales Analyst with knowledge of financial modeling, report creation and analysis, and process improvement. The role will be responsible for supporting the sales and finance teams with data analysis, financial modeling, product pricing, report creation. The successful candidate will excel at digging deep into new processes, building working relationships, and getting things done quickly and effectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the sales management team in the execution of strategic initiatives
  • Assist with development and creation of sales and financial models, product pricing, and sales compensation plans
  • Build and generate analysis from a variety of different data sources and functional groups
  • Delivering accurate, timely, and valuable reporting to all levels of sales leadership
  • Develop and monitor sales and marketing performance metrics and understand how KPI’s impact the business
  • Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards
  • Become fluent in our CRM and data flow
  • Assess market trends, pricing, and competitor strategies
  • Support ad-hoc projects and reports
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience with results
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales Operations or other relevant business operation positions
  • Knowledgeable in sales automation software such as Salesforce, Groove, Mailchimp, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to pinpoint trends/patterns in behavioral and sales data
  • Salesforce experience
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
  • Self-directing and agile, with the ability to quickly pivot strategies, as needed
  • Team player with exceptional collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and engage in cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to respond to different personalities on a Sales Team by providing what each team member needs to be most productive and efficient
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Working knowledge of the Customer lifecycle in B2B software, and an understanding of how Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support function together
  • Working knowledge of the RFP process/project management preferred
  • Portland preferred, open to remote
