This is a fast-paced position in a supportive and fun work environment for a rapidly growing Portland software company. The Administrative Assistant will primarily assist the CEO, the VP of Finance, and the SVP of Sales & Marketing. Calendaring, facilitating on-site and remote meetings, and preparing documents for presentations are the core responsibilities of this position. The individual in this role may also be called upon to tackle small projects and should be comfortable utilizing independent judgment. Communication skills, discretion while handling sensitive information, and the ability to handle competing priorities with poise is valuable to this team.
