We are now part of Routeware Global, a leading provider of on-board computers and software solutions to the solid waste and fleet industries. As ReCollect is continually expanding, we are looking to hire a Product Manager to help grow our product line and expand our ability to serve our customers.


The Production Support Engineer provides assistance and information to the production team to further their KPIs and quarterly goals. The individual in this role will build, document, and maintain processes in order to support employees. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service experience and be familiar with infrastructure as a service.


  • Build and maintain processes designed to maximize employee productivity
  • Build and maintain internal software and process documentation
  • Proactively identify improvements that could improve customer and team outcomes
  • Identify and automate manual processes once they become redundant
  • Assist Customer Support with escalated issues
  • Run command line automation tools when necessary
  • Provide technical support to internal teams
  • Perform training sessions with the teams on new features or processes where needed
  • Create, debug and help prioritize bugs, chores and features
  • Create and maintain automation tools, scripts and interfaces
  • Respond to emergency on-call alerts as part of rotating schedule
  • Communicate and record task notes in appropriate shared tools
  • Maintain the security of systems infrastructure


  • Familiarity with infrastructure as a service (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCE)
  • Experience in a customer facing role
  • Comfortable in the Linux commandline
  • Some experience reading code
  • Background in systems administration a plus
  • Experience with documenting production processes
