Job Description

The Senior Product Manager for workflow and billing will organize product development and ensure high ROI for our workflow and billing products. These are legacy products ready to be reimagined and woven into a modern billing platform with sound/reliable billing logic. Our team is learning to embrace the process of ShapeUp and we have a strong belief in loving the problem not the solution. As a Senior Product Manager you should expect to spend time with end users, designers, engineers and other stakeholders. You’ll confidently become an expert on the products you oversee. You’ll be making a difference in the solid waste industry by improving the lives of our clients and their customers.

A successful candidate should be a perceptive and creative leader and a reliable problem-solver. It is also required to be professional, confident and be able to understand which ideas will and which won’t work.

Responsibilities

  • Build and implement product strategies consistent with company vision
  • Retrieve and analyze feedback from customers٫ stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements٫ features and end products
  • Collaborate with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps
  • Supervise and support product managers and coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Prepare and review bets (Shape Up)
  • Organize product releases
  • Prepare recommendations to expand product base and vision
  • Prepare recommendations to track product use and impact on end users

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience of working on Product Manager or other relevant position
  • Significant experience in product lifecycle management and working in Agile environment. Bonus for having experience with Shape Up.
  • Background in software development and program management is preferred
  • Strong organizational, leadership and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills with creative approach
  • BS in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience
