We are looking to add a Training Coordinator to the People Operations team to support and drive training initiatives across the organization. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for developing, designing, and facilitating training for various departments and roles at Routeware Global. The Training Coordinator will also be responsible for supporting and maintaining existing training programs and systems. The Training Coordinator will report to the Training Manager.


  • Respond to training related inquiries and requests
  • Coordinate, schedule, and conduct employee training sessions
  • Develop training courses with the use of Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise
  • Create and edit training videos with the use of Techsmith Camtasia and Audacity
  • Develop voiceover scripts for use in training video narration
  • Assist with maintenance of the organization-wide learning management system (TalentLMS)
  • Work with stakeholders across the organization to define training needs and program requirements
  • Design training plans for various roles and departments
  • Translate departmental resources and documentation into actionable learning assignments and courses
  • Update the company-wide wiki with relevant learning resources
  • Perform other duties as necessary


  • 1 or more years of experience in a training based role, preferably for a software company
  • BA/BS degree in Training and Development, Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, Business, or related, or equivalent experience
  • Learning Management System experience or knowledge
  • E-learning course creation utilizing Articulate Storyline & Rise preferred
  • Training video production using Techsmith Camtasia preferred
  • Experience working with subject matter experts and stakeholders to determine training needs
  • Understanding of adult learning styles and teaching methodologies
  • Familiarity with instructional design principles
  • Experience conducting in-person and online training sessions
  • Ability to evaluate training effectiveness and recommend solutions to streamline training processes
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into simple language for a diverse audience
  • Strong aptitude for using and learning technology
