POSITION OVERVIEW

The Data Integration Analyst is a part of a geographically distributed team that plays a critical role in onboarding our customers, working with people and data from cities around the world to move data into and out of systems by leveraging some of the latest technologies.


RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES


    • Architects reliable and scalable data integrations based on customer needs and internal capabilities.
    • Identifies opportunities, and works with product managers, to identify improvements for scaling our data implementations and integrations.
    • Improves and streamlines onboarding processes.
    • Works closely with Support, Professional Services, Product and Development teams to identify where the Data team may assist or improve processes.
    • Utilizes Safe FME to architect automated solutions for customers and internal data projects.
    • Documents solutions and training guides on the internal wiki.
    • Attends customer calls to assess or identify problems and document solutions.
    • Provides feedback to customers, both internal and external, in a timely manner.
    • Records and updates tasks in Jira or Trello.

      QUALIFICATIONS

      • 2+ years' experience in a customer facing role.
      • Demonstrable knowledge of ETL tools and processes, integration platforms, SQL, scripting languages (Python preferred), and regular expression
      • Thorough command of English, both written and spoken.
      • Experience and comfort working with data, manipulating CSV, JSON, XML, or geospatial data formats, and understanding how to work with APIs.
      • FME (Safe Software) and GIS Tools experience preferred.
