Senior Platform Engineer

About the role:
Strong background in .NET platform engineering who will play a critical role in guiding the development teams through the complexities of migrating from monolithic systems to microservices, adopting event-driven architectures, and ensuring high-quality, robust infrastructure projects through good software development practices.

Principal Responsibilities:
● Design and development of complex, enterprise-level .NET applications.
● Guide architecture decisions, and mentor team members.
● Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and propose technical solutions.
● Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality, and enforce best practices.
● Evaluate and introduce new technologies to enhance development efficiency.

Requirements:
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
● 7+ years of experience in .NET development.
● Proven expertise with C#, ASP.NET, Entity Framework, and Dapper.
● In-depth knowledge of ASP.NET, MVC, and web services.
● Expertise in database design, optimization, and performance tuning.
● Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, TeamCity).● Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills, ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
● Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and microservices architecture.
● English: Level C1 is required.
