Our team is entirely distributed across North America and has been since our founding eight years ago. As a result, the ReCollect team has many years of telecommuting experience and working on highly productive remote teams.

Working with ReCollect’s Marketing Director the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting strategy development and producing digital assets with a focus on coordinating content creation and promotion of said content to drive new logo lead generation. This includes but is not limited to: HubSpot marketing automation, email marketing, newsletter creation, social media maintenance, website remarketing, content marketing & development, website landing pages and content management, SEO, google analytics, and digital customer conversion. The successful candidate will have expert knowledge of HubSpot along with experience within a B2B marketing environment.

There will be no shortage of opportunities to learn and contribute throughout the marketing stack. The Marketing Coordinator will support the following operations:

  • Newsletter & email marketing
  • Content development
  • Website updates
  • CRM integration and Sales support
  • Graphic design and video development
  • Social media management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages lead generation and inbound marketing program (via HubSpot Marketing Hub™ software)
  • Implement content and digital marketing strategies including, monthly newsletter creation, blog creation, and trade publication articles.
  • Design, build and execute inbound and lead generation campaigns to drive prospective customers through our' marketing funnel.
  • Produces content for integrated marketing campaigns (web, email, social, events, sales) & sales marketing materials.
  • Facilitate and produce webinars, both internal and external.
  • Manage our social media profiles and presence, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc., and expand content reach by proactively engaging industry channels and brand mentions
  • Leads the development and management of content for ReCollects website, primarily updating content via a CMS and making recommendations on enhancements to the web dev team.
  • Monitor and improve SEO performance for the overall website, landing pages, and blog content
  • Monitor, report, and analyze key inbound metrics to identify risks and opportunities

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in marketing or communications or requisite experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must have proven experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub™ software
  • Must have working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud on Mac OS X (Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Previous experience within the waste and recycling industry will be considered an asset
